DELIVERY

You can have your order sent within Austria, Germany or to Slowenia. Our fees for shipment, are 3.90 euros - orders over 150 euros are free of charge. The delivery of your parcel will be made by die Post or Hermes.

PAYMENT METHODS

Purchase on account via KLARNA

Use this easy and simple way to pay with an invoice. The payment will only take place after you have received your order. To make a purchase on account, the billing address must be the same as your private address and your delivery address. Additionally, a credit check has to be processed. Jones assigns claims to KLARNA GmbH.

At the beginning a smaller amount will be accepted but continuously this amount will be increased. As a reference please make sure to enter your order number and your name. After completing the order online, you will receive an email that confirms your order. The sales contract will come into effect when the items have been shipped. When your order has been shipped, you will be notified via email. Should you want to return items, we will refund you the amount paid after we have received the goods. In the case that the payment has not yet been made, you can just subtract the amount in question from the total amount of the order.

Credit card (Mastercard/VISA)

The amount of the order will be charged to your credit card. We accept Visa and MasterCard. In case of returns of the ordered items, you will be refunded the amount to your credit card account.

Sofortüberweisung

You can transfer the order amount during your order. To do so, login to your online banking and initiate the payment. As soon as the payment has been received, your order will be shipped.

PayPal

After completion of your order you will be forwarded to the PayPal-Portal. Here you can login with your PayPal login details and authorise the payment.
